What made this event truly impactful was the breadth of expertise shared across multiple areas of the job search process.
Recruitment advice from our Head of Talent Katie Fenn, and Head of Operations Sean McNicholas, gave attendees a clear understanding of what employers are really looking for, alongside practical tips to stand out in a competitive market.
We then explored the importance of LinkedIn and personal branding with our Social Media and Marketing Manager Sharon Butler-Felby, who highlighted how a strong online presence can open doors and create new opportunities when used effectively.
From an HR and outplacement perspective, Head of HR Operations and Compliance Cathryn Kempen, provided valuable guidance on navigating career transitions, offering reassurance and practical steps for those facing change or uncertainty.
