Who is
Adele Carnera?
Her passion for apprenticeships began over 15 years ago and since then she has been involved in steering groups on developing apprentice standards as well as taking part in national policy advice on the subject.
Currently, she is the Chair of the Essex Apprentice Ambassador Network. This is a growing body of approximately 30 Essex-based apprentice employers who meet monthly to discuss how to implement the policy on a local level, the implications for their business, share advice and generally offer mutually beneficial support.
With all this in mind, I’m sure you can see, The OPRA Group can offer you the best advice in placing you in the right apprenticeship and at the right level, for you.

We have learnt that generally the pre-vetting services means less time wasted on people attending interviews when they aren’t that interested in the position or don’t have the right qualifications.
Due to the Industry we work in, background checks form an essential part of our recruitment process. For a number of years now we have used The OPRA Group to carry out these background screening checks and have always found them to be very thorough and with a quick turnaround. Once the screening process is complete, a full report is then produced and sent to us which provides an audit trail and proof that we are being compliant.
