I am the Owner of The OPRA Group, starting the business using my 30+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR. My passion is people and my inquisitive nature is definitely an advantage when supporting our ambition to help individuals evolve in their careers, and our clients with all things ‘people’ in the workplace. I have been an Apprentice Ambassador for over 10 years and am the Chair of the Essex Apprentice Ambassador Network which allows me to volunteer with businesses and apprentices of all ages.

My role involves providing and overseeing candidate pre-employment screening as part of the on-boarding process and re-vets for existing employees to ensure compliance for our clients. Here at The OPRA Group we carry out background screening both here in the UK and globally. It’s important to have a high attention to detail, the ability to operate within a fast-paced environment and follow processes with a high degree of accuracy. In my spare time I'm enjoying the experience of renovating an old property.

As a founding Partner of The OPRA Group, I am very proud of the advances the business has made since our inception. With over 35 years of Recruitment experience, my role within the business now, is very much as a mentor, I work with our amazing Talent Consultants to ensure that they give the best experience to both our clients & candidates alike, whilst delivering best practice in all of their interactions. In my spare time, I work with a local animal rescue charity and to relax I love to read.

With over 20 years of experience in recruitment, client relations, and business development, I help businesses thrive by identifying, attracting, and developing top talent. I enjoy leading this passionate team of recruiters, supporting clients with temporary and permanent staff. I’m committed to building long-term partnerships and delivering recruitment strategies that drive real impact. Outside of work, I coach a youth football team, combining my passion for the sport with mentoring the next generation.

I’m just following up on this, so now I have put everything together and expanded it to 501 characters, which now looks like this: I am a detail-oriented Compliance Associate with proven experience in reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. I am skilled in using advanced screening tools and maintaining strict confidentiality, I play a key role in supporting secure and efficient hiring processes. I am known for accuracy, integrity, and reliability within my team. Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with family, listening to music, and getting lost in a good book.

As the Marketing Manager at The OPRA Group, I bring creativity and passion to ensure all internal and external communication is on brand. With a focus on recruitment, screening, HR, and wellbeing, I share the company’s mission to support clients in building professional, happy and healthy teams. I craft engaging campaigns, brochures, newsletters, blogs, social media and website content, I ensure it reaches the right people in a meaningful way. When I'm not working I love visiting art galleries and spin classes.

I am the Executive Assistant to the Directors of The OPRA Group, responsible for co-ordinating meetings, appointments, travel schedules, expenses, minute taking etc. to enable optimisation of executive time. I also support the Screening team during busy periods. Known for my excellent organisation skills, flexibility, proactive approach, professionalism, and strict confidentiality to ensure the business runs efficiently. Outside of work I enjoy ‘Wasgij’ jigsaw puzzles which really keep the brain active.

A finance professional with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach. I'm adept at building strong client relationships, driving profitability, and supporting sustainable business growth. I specialise in designing and implementing tailored, commercial strategies that deliver measurable impact, actionable insights, and long-term business value. Outside of work, I enjoy scuba diving, the gym, paddle boarding in the Lakes, exploring new adventures, and spending quality time with my family.

I work within the Managed Accounts division, specialising in the finance and dental sectors. With candidates: I find them, track progress, manage CRM pipelines, and ensure they feel well supported throughout. I enjoy connecting with people, converting cold candidates into warm leads, and helping them into better careers than before the call. Out of work you probably won’t find me… but if you do, it’ll be on a basketball court - and honestly, you’ll never have a winning record against me.

I play a pivotal role in ensuring the recruitment engine runs smoothly. With a keen eye for detail and passion for efficiency, I ensure administrative processes behind candidate sourcing, onboarding, and compliance are handled seamlessly. My proactive approach and solution-focused mindset help the recruitment team stay ahead of the curve, allowing them to connect top talent to great jobs, within tight deadlines. I enjoy trying new cuisines, spending time with family and friends, and all things shopping!

As a Talent Partner in a recruitment business, I source quality candidates across industries and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process. I enjoy building strong client relationships to understand their needs, and speaking with candidates, to help them to achieve their career goals. My focus on speed, accuracy, and service ensures a high standard of support. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends whether that’s going out for a meal, shopping, or simply catching up.

I’m a proactive Recruitment leader with over 2 decades of experience in Financial Services, FinTech, and Professional Services. As Head of Talent at The OPRA Group, I lead a team focused on attracting top talent by aligning with our clients’ business goals, collaborating with key stakeholders, and developing effective strategies. Outside work, I’m a proud mum of three and a dedicated sports mum, often found cheering on rugby and football pitches, rain or shine. Life is busy, but I thrive in the chaos!

I am a friendly, focused and dedicated Resources Assistant and I use my skills and efficiency to mainly support the recruitment team. My sharp eye for detail and passion for people ensures that every candidate and client is provided with top-tier service. I dedicate myself to keeping our operations smooth and successful. I coordinate interviews and manage essential documentation. Outside of work, I practice Muay Thai, which has taught me discipline and helps me keep structure to my weekly routine.

A CIPD qualified professional with a strong track record in developing initiatives that support and maintain effective HR functions, ensuring business goals align with People Strategy. I support a wide range of clients through our bespoke HR consultancy service, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to workforce planning, compliance, and wellbeing. Outside of work, I enjoy whale watching, which reminds me of the value of perspective and patience.

With a fast-paced, solutions-driven approach, I lead our temporary recruitment desk with precision and energy. Known for working to tight deadlines without compromising quality, I excel at matching skilled temps to urgent business needs. Efficient, organised, and relentlessly proactive, I ensure every client receives reliable support and every candidate enjoys a smooth, seamless journey. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my daughter, travelling and boxing!

I have a passion for people and contributing to creating the right workplace culture. After recently completing a CIPD Level 3 in HR Support, I work closely with our team to understand and support their specific needs. I am always looking to innovate and improve our internal processes in order for the team to be committed to delivering a top-notch service. In my spare time, you’ll find me taking part in box fit and walking. Fresh air and nature are my best way to unwind after a busy week!
