I am the Owner of The OPRA Group, starting the business using my 30+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR. My passion is people and my inquisitive nature is definitely an advantage when supporting the OPRA team ambition to both help individuals evolve in their careers and aid our clients with all things ‘people’ in the workplace. I have been an Apprentice Ambassador for over 10 years and the Chair of the Essex Apprentice Ambassador Network for many years which allows me to volunteer with businesses and apprentices of all ages beginning or changing their career path.
