I am a hands-on Recruitment leader with over 20 years Financial Services, FinTech & Professional Services experience with global in-house, RPO and agency experience. I am the Head of Talent at The OPRA Group, It’s a busy but extremely rewarding role. My team are responsible for attracting top talent and diverse candidates for our clients. My job is to understand our client’s business goals then work with business partners to understand the company objectives, constructing strategies to improve recruitment performance and talent management. I am also a mum of three and what I love most of all is spending quality time with them, most weekends you will catch me on the sidelines of a football or rugby pitch with an extra strong coffee to hand!!
